Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Loop AI account, or by taking part in a voice interview through a Loop AI link, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Loop AI does

Loop AI lets a workspace ("you," if you're a customer) create "loops" — short voice conversations conducted by an AI agent — to collect feedback from respondents. We record the conversation, transcribe it, and use AI to summarize sentiment, themes, and feature requests for the workspace that created the loop.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. A workspace owner may invite teammates; each teammate's access is scoped to that workspace's own loops and feedback. We're currently in a closed beta — access is by application, and we may pause, limit, or end beta access at our discretion.

4. If you're a respondent

If you've been invited to a Loop AI interview, you're speaking with an AI voice agent, not a human. The conversation is recorded, transcribed, and analyzed as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't take part if you're not comfortable with that, or if you're not the intended recipient of the invitation.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Loop AI to collect feedback from anyone without a lawful basis for doing so, to impersonate someone else, to collect sensitive personal data you're not entitled to collect, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

6. Provided "as is," during beta

Loop AI is under active development and provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
